Jamie Carragher explains why Liverpool should look to replicate Tottenham Hotspur's success
Jamie Carragher says Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp must strive to emulate Tottenham Hotspur.
The Reds were dramatic 2-1 winners against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon after Christian Benteke scored a late winner for Klopp’s side at Selhurst Park.

Liverpool are 11 points behind second-place Tottenham after Mauricio Pochettino’s side drew 2-2 with bitter rivals Arsenal in Saturday’s north London derby at White Hart Lane.
Klopp has struggled to find consistency since taking over the reins from Brendan Rodgers in October, much like Pochettino in his first season at the Lilywhites.
However, former Liverpool defender Carragher believes Spurs have a great blend of power and work ethic, adding that Klopp should look to emulate Pochettino’s work at White Hart Lane.
“So much about them impresses me. If I were a manager, I would want my team to play the way Pochettino’s team does,” Carragher told Daily Mail.
“They are powerful and relentless, with a great balance between defence and attack. It is what Jurgen Klopp is striving for at Liverpool.”
Liverpool will face Manchester United in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 clash on Thursday night.
