The north London side secured a morale boosting comeback over Swansea City after goals from Nacer Chadli and Danny Rose sealed a 2-1 win at White Hart Lane.
Spurs are two points behind leaders Leicester City ahead of their games against West Ham and Arsenal in the next four days.
Former Tottenham midfielder Jenas reckons Wednesday night’s derby clash is as important as Saturday afternoon’s north London derby at White Hart Lane.
“While the Arsenal game will be huge, I’d put the West Ham game in the same bracket – if only because it’s vital that Spurs can keep up their momentum of not being beaten,” Jenas told Yahoo Sport.
The Gunners suffered a 3-2 defeat by a weakened Manchester United side on Sunday afternoon to extend their winless run to three games in the last nine days.
Spurs were 4-1 winners against the Hammers at White Hart Lane in the Premier League earlier this season.
