Lord Sugar places £10k bet with Piers Morgan over Arsenal, Tottenham
Lord Sugar is certain that Arsenal are going to win the league ahead of Tottenham...
Lord Sugar is so convinced that Arsenal will win the Premier League ahead of Tottenham and Leicester that he has placed a £10,000 bet with Piers Morgan that the Gunners will lift the top-flight trophy in May.
Arsenal kept themselves in the hunt for the Premier League title with an impressive 2-0 away win at Everton on Saturday, a victory which left them 11 points behind Leicester, who have played one game more than the Gunners.

Tottenham are currently second in the table and are among the favourites to win the title along with Leicester and the Gunners.
Former Spurs chairman Lord Sugar, however, is certain that Arsenal are on course to end their 12-year wait for the top-flight title this season.
So sure, in fact, that he has put his money where his mouth is and has bet celebrity Arsenal fan Morgan £10,000 that the Gunners will win the title.
The loser of the bet will have to donate the £10,000 to Great Ormond Street children’s hospital.
Here’s how the bet unfolded on Twitter on Saturday:
FT 0-2. Excellent away win.
Played with an intensity I haven't seen from us this year.
