Will Keane is set to undergo surgery on a groin injury
Will Keane was all smiles after arriving in Philadelphia following the news that the Manchester United striker will require surgery after he suffered a groin injury last month.
The striker was injured during the FA Cup win over Shrewsbury Town last month and was unable to complete the game after suffering the problem shortly after coming on as a substitute.
United boss Louis van Gaal confirmed this week that Keane is set to go under the knife to address the problem.
And the 23-year-old striker looked to be in good spirits as he arrived in the US on Wednesday.
Keane shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Wednesday and wrote: “State side with my little helper #parkalife #philly #US”
Manchester United, who finished fourth under Van Gaal last season, now turn their attentions towards their Premier League clash against West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Sunday afternoon.
