Matt Holland is backing Manchester United to notch up five successive wins at West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

The Red Devils have won their last four games in all competitions to relieve pressure on manager Louis van Gaal over his long-term future.

The 20-time English champions have beaten Shrewsbury Town, FC Midtjylland, Arsenal and Watford in their last four games.

West Brom, meanwhile, have beaten Crystal Palace and draw with leaders Leicester City in their last two Premier League games.

Former Republic of Ireland midfielder Holland is confident Louis van Gaal’s side can continue their impressive winning run at The Hawthorns on Sunday afternoon.

“Plenty of goals recently for Brom, but now without Brunt – which I’m gutted about with him missing the Euros too,” Holland told Marathon Bet.

“United didn’t play great against Watford but all that luck that was going against them earlier in the season is now on their side.

“They’re coming strong at the right time. The supporters are enjoying Rashford and the young players coming in and sparking life into the side, so I’m going to back that and go for a United win.”

United moved level on points with fourth-placed Manchester City on Wednesday night thanks to their 1-0 win against Watford.

Juan Mata scored the home side’s winner in the 83rd minute at Old Trafford to maintain their winning run.
