Ander Herrera has set his sights on a top-four finish after Manchester United’s 1-0 win against Watford at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
The Red Devils secured a fourth successive win in all competitions after Juan Mata scored a late winner against the Hornets to seal three points for the hosts.
United are level on 47 points with fourth-placed Manchester City after the Citizens lost 3-0 to Liverpool at Anfield.
Spanish midfielder Herrera urged Louis van Gaal’s side to keep climbing the table following Wednesday night’s close-fought win against the Hornets.
Herrera wrote on his Instagram page: “3 massive points to keep climbing 🔴”
The Red Devils make the trip to Tony Pulis’s West Bromwich Albion side in the Premier League at The Hawthorns on Sunday afternoon.
The 20-time English champions make the trip to Anfield in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie next Thursday night.
