Cesc Fabregas has taken to social media to send a heartfelt message to his girlfriend Daniella Semaan on Mother’s Day after Chelsea’ 1-1 draw with Stoke City on Saturday.
Fabregas played eight minutes of the Blues’ stalemate against the Potter at Stamford Bridge on Saturday as they dropped two Premier League points.
The 28-year-old midfielder shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account on Sunday morning and wrote: “Happy Mothers Day to the very best mommy my daughters could have. We love you so much @daniellasemaan”
Fabregas will be expecting to feature when Chelsea turn their attentions back to Champions League affairs and their home clash against Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

The Blues trail 2-1 from the first leg of the European clash.
Saturday’s draw with Stoke left Chelsea 10th in the Premier League and 10 points adrift of the top four heading into the final nine games of the season.
Fabregas has made 28 Premier League appearances for Chelsea so far this season, scoring two goals and making four assists.
