Erik Lamela is proud to be part of the Tottenham Hotspur family after his 100th appearance for Spurs
Erik Lamela has sent a message to Tottenham Hotspur supporters after the Argentina star made his 100th Spurs appearance on Thursday night.
The former River Plate star has enjoyed a decent season in Mauricio Pochettino’s side after he initially struggled to justify his lofty price tag in his initial two campaigns at White Hart Lane.
Former Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas signed Lamela in a £30.75m deal from Serie A side Roma in 2013 after Gareth Bale moved to Real Madrid in a world-record deal.
However, Lamela appears to be loving life in north London after he took to Twitter to celebrate 100 appearances for Tottenham ahead of Sunday’s game against Bournemouth at White Hart Lane.
Gracias a todos, un orgullo ser parte de @SpursOfficial 🙌🏽 / Thanks all, I'm very proud to be with #THFC #lamela100 pic.twitter.com/Wf1uJdrKMy

Lamela has scored three goals and has made five assists in 27 Premier League games for Pochettino’s so far this season.
