Hector Bellerin poses with celebrity chef Roze Washere ahead of Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final

Hector Bellerin needs to keep himself adequately fuelled as one of Arsenal’s quickest players.

The Spain international was given some rest and recuperation time on Tuesday night as Arsene Wenger omitted the defender from his squad for their 4-0 victory over Hull City in the FA Cup fifth-round replay.

Bellerin could be restored to the Arsenal manager’s starting line-up for Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final against Watford at The Emirates.

And Bellerin has been making sure that he puts the right foods into his body as celebrity chef Roze Washere paid the Spain Under-21 international a visit.

Bellerin wrote on his Instagram page: “My friend, Celebrity Chef Roze paid me a visit today! @rozewashere”

The 20-year-old has been ever-present in Wenger’s Arsenal starting line-up so far this season.

The Spanish youngster has made three assists in 27 Premier League appearances in the 2015/16 campaign so far.
