Marcos Rojo sends a message to Manchester United supporters ahead of Sunday's Manchester derby

Marcos Rojo has issued a Manchester United rallying cry ahead of Sunday’s derby at Manchester City.

The Red Devils will be hoping to bounce back from their Europa League exit on Thursday night after a 3-1 aggregate defeat by Liverpool over two legs.

Louis van Gaal’s side are four points behind fourth-placed City in the race to secure a place in next season’s Champions League after the disappointment of crashing out at the group stage this term.

Argentina international Rojo took to Twitter to reassure United supporters that the Red Devils are ready for the trip to their bitter Manchester rivals on Sunday afternoon.

Rojo moved to United in a £16m deal from Sporting Lisbon following the 2014 World Cup.
