The Brazil international is part of Jurgen Klopp’s depleted squad that has travelled to Tenerife to partake in a warm weather training camp.
Firmino was forced to sit out Liverpool’s 3-2 defeat by Southampton from the comfort of his own home after he suffered a hamstring strain following last week’s Europa League loss.
However, the Liverpool playmaker enjoyed some downtime with Lucas and Moreno on Friday night.
The South American has been in scintillating form for the Merseyside outfit in 2016 so far after a return of eight goals and seven assists.
Liverpool supporters will be encouraged by the sight of Firmino back in training at the gym ahead of next Saturday’s home game against Tottenham.
The 24-year-old has scored nine time since he swapped Bundesliga side Hoffenheim for Liverpool in last summer’s transfer window.
Firmino scored his last goal in Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over Manchester United earlier this month.
