Roberto Firmino hit the gym as the Liverpool midfielder kept his fitness ticking over ahead of Thursday night’s clash against Manchester United.
The Brazil international has been impressing with his current form in 2016 after he continued his goal-scoring streak at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon.
Firmino levelled for the Reds against Crystal Palace after Wales international Joe Ledley had broken the deadlock and James Milner received a red card for a second bookable offence.
Christian Benteke completed the comeback to seal a 2-1 win for Jurgen Klopp’s side against the Eagles and keep their top-four hopes alive.
Liverpool host bitter rivals Manchester United in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 clash.
And Firmino will have a big role to play against Louis van Gaal’s side as the Merseyside outfit look to beat United for the first time since 2014.
