Piers Morgan has Twitter meltdown as Arsenal lose to Watford

Piers Morgan does not hold back on Twitter after Arsenal are beaten by Watford in the FA Cup

Piers Morgan has taken to social media to once again express his discontent with Arsene Wenger after Arsenal were beaten 2-1 by Watford in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday.

The Gunners were dumped out of the competition they have won for the last two seasons after a lacklustre display against the Hornets at Emirates Stadium.

The result caps a miserable run of form for the north London club, who have now only won one game in their last seven outings in all competitions.

Celebrity Arsenal fan and club shareholder Morgan has never been one to hold back his views on Gunners boss Wenger on social media.

And Sunday was no exception, as the defeat prompted a flurry of frustrated tweets from the former Daily Mirror editor.

Morgan tweeted:

Arsenal, who are third in the Premier League, must now turn their attentions towards their Champions League last 16 return leg at Barcelona on Wednesday night.
