Piers Morgan launches fresh David Beckham attack after Arsenal criticism
PIers Morgan says Arsenal supporters should be allowed to criticise Arsene Wenger
Piers Morgan has launched a fresh attack on David Beckham after the Manchester United legend’s criticism of Arsenal supporters.
The north London side lost their first FA Cup game in three years on Sunday after a 2-1 quarter-final defeat by Watford at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have lost their last three home games in all competitions, which amounts to their worst form since their move from Highbury in 2006.
Some Arsenal supporters produced a banner which called for Arsene Wenger to step down after their 4-0 win against Hull City last week.
And former Real Madrid and United midfielder Beckham criticised the Gunners fans for voicing their dissent against the Frenchman.
However, outspoken Arsenal fan Morgan, who is in the Wenger out camp, slammed Beckham in a fresh Twitter tirade on Monday night.
