Piers Morgan reacts to Olivier Giroud’s display in Arsenal v Swansea
Piers Morgan is not happy at all...
Piers Morgan has taken to social media to criticise Olivier Giroud after Arsenal slumped to a 2-1 defeat by Swansea City on Wednesday night as the Gunners suffered another blow to their Premier League title hopes.
The north London side took the lead in the first half thanks to Joel Campbell’s impressive volley.
However, the two teams went in level at half-time after Wayne Routledge coolly slotted past Petr Cech.
Both Giroud and Alexis Sanchez hit the crossbar before Ashley Williams turned home from a free-kick to earn the Swans all three points.
Celebrity Arsenal fan and club shareholder Morgan was clearly incensed by the result and did not hold back on social media after the final whistle.
Morgan tweeted:
Wenger takes off Campbell, who was playing superbly, and keeps on Giroud who's played like a donkey. Ridiculous. #afc

Giroud's now gone 10 games without a goal.
I've run out of things to say about him. #afc— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) March 2, 2016
Why would anyone who cares about Arsenal or has any ambition for the club still be #WengerIn? I just don't understand it.

Arsenal must now dust themselves down and as they look to avoid a third straight league defeat when they travel to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday lunchtime.
Spurs are still three points ahead of the Gunners after they lost 1-0 at West Ham.
