Ray Parlour believes Arsene Wenger will be releasitic about his Arsenal future at the end of the season.
The Gunners have endured a wobble in all competitions over the past couple of weeks which has led to Wenger coming under increasing pressure.
The north London side were held to a goalless draw with Championship side Hull City in the FA Cup fifth round at The Emirates.
Barcelona were 2-0 winners against the Gunners in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash in north London just days later.
And Wenger’s side have lost to Manchester United and Swansea City in their last two Premier League games to leave Arsenal six points behind leaders Leicester City.
Speaking on the Alan Brazil Up Front podcast, Parlour addressed Wenger’s long-term future at Emirates Stadium ahead of Saturaday’s north London derby.
“We have to look where we finish and take it from there,” Parlour said.
“I’m sure a lot of supporters want a change. I worked under him and he was fantastic but he is having a bad time at the moment. He knows that.
“He is realistic about everything.”
Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2004.
The Gunners have won just two FA Cups in the last 16 years.
