Ryan Mason issues Tottenham rallying cry ahead of Dortmund clash
Ryan Mason hails Tottenham Hotspur's impressive 2-0 victory over Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon
Ryan Mason has issued a Tottenham Hotspur rallying cry ahead of Thursday’s Europa League clash against Borussia Dortmund.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side suffered a chastening 3-0 loss to the Bundesliga club last week after the Spurs manager opted to field a weakened side in Germany.
However, the north London side ended a three-game winless run in all competitions with a comfortable 2-0 win against the Premier League’s basement club Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.
Harry Kane scored either side of half-time to seal three points for Tottenham and keep their hopes of Premier League title glory alive.
Tottenham midfielder Mason, who captained Spurs against Dortmund, is relishing the task of pulling of a miracle comeback against Germany’s second-best side.
Big win Sunday, we go again now Thursday! Thanks for all of your support #COYS

Tottenham are unbeaten in nine European home games (W7 D2), and have won both of their most recent White Hart Lane fixtures by three-goal margins.
Valencia’s example from the 2013/14 quarter-finals may be encouraging for Spurs; they lost the away leg of their tie 3-0 at FC Basel 1893, but scored three at home to take the game into extra time, and ended up winning 5-0.
