Anthony Martial’s message for Man United fans ahead of FA Cup final

Anthony Martial is desperate to help Manchester United finish the season with a trophy

Anthony Martial has insisted that he is determined to repay Manchester United’s fans by helping the Red Devils win the FA Cup this season.

Martial has enjoyed an impressive first season in the Premier League since arriving at the club from Monaco as a relatively unknown quantity back in the summer transfer window.

The striker announced himself the Red Devils faithful by scoring a stunning goal in the win over Liverpool shortly after his move to Old Trafford – a strike which was voted as the club’s goal of the season this week.

United currently face an uphill struggle in trying to finish in the top four, with the Red Devils currently fifth in the table and four points adrift of fourth place.

The Red Devils can still finish the season with a trophy as they prepare to take on Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final later this month.

And Martial is determined to end his first campaign at Old Trafford with some silverware.

He told United’s website: “I can’t wait to go back there [Wembley] and try to win the cup.

“I really hope we manage to win some silverware and obviously with that make the fans happy with the result.”
