Arsenal have made contact with Chelsea about the possibility of signing Kurt Zouma in the summer transfer window, according to reports.

The Gunners are believed to be on the lookout for defensive reinforcements as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his rearguard ahead of the new season.

Arsenal are expected to be one of the busiest clubs in the summer transfer window as Wenger looks to build a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.

Zouma has been a regular fixture in the heart of defence for Chelsea in recent months but his season was cut short by a serious knee injury.

Now, Italian football expert Emanuele Giulianelli has claimed that Wenger has made contact with incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte about the possibility of signing the France defender this summer.
