The 23-year-old midfielder’s former Juventus manager Antonio Conte is set to take over the reins of Chelsea after Italy’s Euro 2016 campaign this summer.
Pogba flourished into one of the world’s top midfielders under Conte’s guidance following his switch to Turin from Manchester United in 2012.
The French star has won four successive Serie A titles, two Coppa Italias and finished as a Champions League runner-up during his time in Turin.
According to Daily Star, Conte is keen to make Pogba one of his first Chelsea signings but the Blues would need to pay in the region of £80m.
Pogba, who is part of Didier Deschamps’s France squad for this summer’s European championship, has netted 34 times in 178 appearances in all competitions for Juventus during the past four years.
Chelsea finished in ninth place in the Premier League table last season.
