Jose Mourinho will sell these two Man United players – report

Jose Mourinho is planning to sell Daley Blind and Juan Mata this summer, according to Sky Sports

Daley Blind and Juan Mata are expected to become the first casualties of Jose Mourinho’s reign at Manchester United, according to Sky Sports.

The 53-year-old was named the new United manager on Friday morning ending months of speculation linking Mourinho with Louis van Gaal’s job.

The Portuguese coach sold Mata to United in a £37.1m deal during his second reign in charge of Chelsea after deeming the west London side’s player of the year surplus to requirements.

Upon Mourinho’s appointment, the Spain midfielder was almost instantaneously linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer amid reported interest from Barcelona.

According to Sky Sports, Blind and Mata will be the high-profile victims following Mourinho’s appointment as United’s new manager.

The Red Devils finished in fifth place in the Premier League table behind Manchester City on goal difference.
