Liverpool will sign £4.7m Germany goalkeeper, claims insider
Jan Aage Fjortoft is tipping Liverpool to sign Loris Karus from Bundesliga side Mainz this summer
Liverpool will sign Mainz shot stopper Loris Karius in the summer transfer window, according to Jan Aage Fjortoft.
The Mainz goalkeeper emerged as a target for the Merseyside outfit over the past week as Jurgen Klopp looks to capitalise on his knowledge of the Bundesliga to strengthen his squad.
Current Liverpool number one Simon Mignolet has been regularly criticised during his three-year stay at Anfield following a string of inconsistent performances for the Reds.
According to Bundesliga expert Fjortoft quoting sources in Germany, the 18-time English champions will complete the signing of the highly-rated goalkeeper in the coming weeks.

Liverpool lost 3-1 to reigning champions Sevilla in the Europa League final in Basel on Wednesday night.
