Man United ready to bid £25m for Premier League forward – report

Manchester United are ready to make a £25m bid to sign Saido Mane from Southampton, say reports

Manchester United are ready to open the bidding to sign Saido Mane from Southampton with a £25m offer, according to reports.

The Red Devils are now set to turn their attentions to their summer recruitment drive after winning the FA Cup on Saturday.

United have been linked with a host of players in recent weeks and are expected to be one of the busiest clubs in the summer transfer window.

Now, the Sun is reporting that United are ready to table a £25m bid to sign Mane from Southampton in what could be their first summer signing.

The same report goes on to say that United are confident that Mane would favour a move to Old Trafford, even without the lure of Champions League football next season.
