Cesc Fabregas celebrated his 29th birthday with his close family as he and his Chelsea team-mates turn their attention to Saturday’s trip to Sunderland.

Fabregas featured for the full 90 minutes as Chelsea came from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in Monday night’s dramatic game at Stamford Bridge.

The Spaniard, who joined Chelsea from Barcelona back in the summer of 2014, has been a regular fixture in the Blues’ first team this season.

And the midfielder enjoyed his 29th birthday with his family before he begins his preparations for this weekend’s trip to the Stadium of Light.

Fabregas posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon and wrote: “Enjoying my birthday with the best people #myfamily #Capritookthepicture”
