New Arsenal signing Mohamed Elneny is all smiles during training ahead of Aston Villa clash

Mohamed Elneny is clearly loving life as a Gunners players ahead of Arsenal’s clash against Aston Villa at The Emirates on Sunday.

The Egypt international has been a major plus point for the north London side in an otherwise disappointing second half of the Premier League season after seeing their title bid fade away.

Elneny has established himself as a key part of Arsene Wenger’s side after initially making a slow start to his Gunners career after an £8m move from Swiss champions Basel in the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old has made 13 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions, scoring his only goal in a 3-1 defeat by Barcelona, which resulted in their Champions League elimination at the last-four stage.

Elneny was in high spirits on Saturday afternoon during Arsenal’s training session ahead of their final game of the Premier League season at the Emirates Stadium.
