Photos: Eriksen, Lamela shows off skills ahead of Newcastle v Tottenham

Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela trained with their Tottenham Hotspur team-mates ahead of Sunday’s trip to Newcastle United.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side still have something to play for despite missing out on the Premier League title as Arsenal look to overhaul their rivals on the final day of the season.

Tottenham are just two points ahead of third-placed Arsenal after a 2-2 draw with Chelsea was followed by a surprise 3-2 defeat by Southampton at White Hart Lane last weekend.

However, the Lilywhites will finish above the Gunners for the first time in Premier League history if Pochettino’s players can secure a point against relegated Newcastle at St James’s Park on Sunday afternoon.

Here is a round-up of the best photos from Tottenham’s training session on Thursday evening.
