Piers Morgan reacts to reports linking Arsenal with a move for Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Piers Morgan says he would love Arsenal to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic but has questioned whether Arsene Wenger would drop Olivier Giroud.

The Sweden international played his final game for Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday evening after the 34-year-old scored twice in a 4-0 victory over Nantes at Parc des Princes.

Ibrahimovic has already confirmed that he will leave the Ligue 1 champions at the end of the season amid speculation suggesting Manchester United are favourites to sign the Sweden captain.

Arsenal have been touted as contenders to land the former AC Milan, Barcelona and Juventus striker in the summer transfer window.

When asked by one Arsenal supporters if Morgan would like to see Ibrahimovic in a Gunners shirt, the outspoken Gooners replied sarcastically on Twitter.

Ibrahimovic has scored 38 times in 31 Ligue 1 games for the French champions this season. The Sweden skipper has also netted five times and made three assists in 10 Champions League games.
