Antonio Conte wants to sign two new strikers for Chelsea this summer, say reports

Antonio Conte is determined to sign at least two new strikers for Chelsea this summer as he prepares for his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge, according to reports.

The Italian is currently gearing up for his first campaign in the Premier League as he bids to help Chelsea bounce back from their disastrous season last term.

Conte is thought to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as he bids to revamp his squad ahead of next season.

Now, The Times is reporting that the Italian manager wants to bring in at least two new forwards ahead of next season, and that Liverpool’s Christian Benteke could be a target.

The same report says that Conte is keen to move away from the 4-3-3 formation that the Blues have often deployed in previous years as he bids to stamp his authority at Stamford Bridge.
