Arsenal and Man United keen on signing star teenager – report

Manchester United have held talks with the father and agent of Valencia wonderkid Ferhat Cogalan about a possible move for the teenager, according to reports.

The 14-year-old is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in the Valencia academy and is thought to have attracted interest from a host of Europe’s top clubs.

Cogalan is thought to have a training contract with Valencia until July 2021 but he can still be signed by another club.

Now, the Daily Express is reporting that United upped their interest in the player holding talks with the youngster’s representatives last week.

The same report goes on to say that Arsenal, Juventus and Bayern Munich are among the other clubs interested in bringing the teenager to their clubs this summer.

However, United are now thought to be at the front of the queue to secure his services in the summer transfer window.
