Arsenal and Tottenham are both keen on signing Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes, say reports

Arsenal and Tottenham are both in the race to sign Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes, according to reports.

The 24-year-old is believed to be attracting interest from a number of top clubs this summer as he bids to seal a move away from Russia.

Arsenal has been touted as a possible target for the winger as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his squad ahead of next season.

And Russian news outlet Izvestia is now reporting that both Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in signing Promes this summer.

The same report goes on to say that the player is valued at around £11.6m by the Russian outfit.

Arsenal have already made a bid to sign Jamie Vardy from Leicester this summer but it appears that the striker has decided against a move to The Emirates.
