Chelsea are still in the running to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid this summer, according to reports.
The Blues have been linked with a host of players during the summer transfer window as Antonio Conte prepares for his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Morata has attracted plenty of interest from the Premier League and has been touted as a target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United in recent weeks.
Real Madrid opted to activate the buy-back clause in the Spaniard’s contract this month to bring him back to the club from Juventus.
However, it is still widely thought that the Spanish giants will sell the player on this summer.
Now, the Daily Mirror is reporting that Chelsea are still keen to bring the 23-year-old to Stamford Bridge as Conte looks to bolster his attacking options at the west London club.
