Chelsea planning summer transfer bid for Serie A star – report

Chelsea are planning a transfer bid to bring Stefano Sturaro to west London, according to reports

Chelsea are lining up a transfer swoop to sign Stefano Sturaro from Juventus this summer, according to reports.

The west London side have been linked with a host of players in recent days as the club prepare for the arrival of new manager Antonio Conte this summer.

However, despite all of the speculation, Chelsea are yet to officially announce any new signings as they prepare for life under Conte.

The Blues have been heavily linked with a move to bring Radja Nainggolan to Stamford Bridge from Roma this summer.

However, with that transfer reportedly up in the air, The Sun is now reporting that Chelsea are preparing to make a bid to bring Sturaro to the club.

The same report goes on to say that Southampton have also shown an interest in signing the player this summer.
