Liverpool are set to sign Hector Herrera from Porto this summer, according to reports

Liverpool are on the verge of completing the signing of Hector Herrera this week, according to reports.

Jurgen Klopp is believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as he bids to revamp his squad ahead of next season.

The German coach is gearing up for his first full season in charge at Liverpool after Brendan Rodgers’ sacking last October.

Now, the Daily Express is reporting that Liverpool are on the verge of completing a deal to sign Herrera from Porto this summer.

Liverpool have already signed Loris Karius, Marko Grujic and Joel Matip for this summer as they prepare to make their fourth signing under Klopp.

And the newspaper story states that the Reds have agreed terms with Porto for the transfer of Herrera.
