Liverpool still haven't agreed a fee with Udinese for Piotr Zielinski, according to a report in Italy
Liverpool are still to agree a fee with Udinese for Poland midfielder Piotr Zielinski, according to reports in Italy.
The Reds have been heavily linked with a move for the on-loan Empoli midfielder, and Zielinksi has already rejected the chance to move to Serie A rivals Napoli in the summer transfer window.
Jurgen Klopp has been linked with a host of midfielders already this summer, including Borussia Monchengladbach star Mahmoud Dahoud and Porto midfielder Hector Herrera.
According to Gazzetto dello Sport, Zielinski has agreed personal terms with Liverpool but the Premier League club are still negotiating the midfielder’s transfer fee with parent club Udinese.
The Polish midfielder scored five goals and made four assists in 35 Serie A games for Empoli last season as Zielinski continued to impress during his extended loan spell.
