Liverpool the favourites to sign £12m midfielder – report

Liverpool are the favourites to sign Croatia midfielder Marko Pjaca in a £12m deal this summer, according to reports in Italy.

Jurgen Klopp is believed to be on the lookout for a number of new players as he prepares for his first full season in charge of the Reds at Anfield.

The 21-year-old Pjaca has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield in recent weeks and is also said to have attracted interest from AC Milan.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport is now reporting that Liverpool are leading the chase for his signature this summer and are closing in on securing a £12m deal.

The same report also claims that Liverpool have already had a bid less than £12m rejected by Dinamo Zagreb as Klopp looks to further strengthen his side ahead of next season.
