Man United, Arsenal handed boost in pursuit of star striker – report
Real Madrid have reportedly postponed a meeting with Juventus over the transfer of Alvaro Morata
Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea have all been handed a boost in their pursuit of Alvaro Morata this summer, after Real Madrid reportedly postponed a meeting with Juventus over the transfer of the striker.
The Spain striker’s future has been a relentless source of speculation this summer amid suggestions that he could be set to leave Juventus.
Real Madrid are thought to have a £23m buy-back option to bring the forward back to the club this summer, with many reports claiming that the Spanish club are planning to exercise that clause and then sell him on at a profit.
However, Tuttosport is now reporting that Real have recently postponed a meeting with Juve over the striker’s future, which could signal a boost to his Premier League suitors.
The same report says that Real have until 30 June to bring the striker back to the club, before Juventus would be free to sell the striker to any side.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are all said to be keen on the Spain international.
