Man United line up £93m bid to sign Real Madrid star – report

Manchester United are confident of signing Gareth Bale this summer, say reports in Spain

Manchester United are confident of being able to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid in a £93m deal this summer, according to reports in Spain.

The Red Devils are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer following Jose Mourinho’s appointment as the club’s new manager last month.

Bale has long been linked with a move back to the Premier League and was touted as a target for United last summer, but a move failed to materialise.

However, Spanish publication El Confidencial is now reporting that United are ready to reignite their interest in the Wales international this summer.

The report says that United feel more confident than ever that the would be able to push through a deal for the former Tottenham Hotspur star in the coming weeks.
