Man United line up bid for star Spain striker – report

Manchester United want to sign Alvaro Morata this summer, say reports in Spain

Jose Mourinho is keen to bring Alvaro Morata to Manchester United in the summer transfer window, according to reports in Spain.

The Red Devils have been linked with a host of new players in recent weeks as Mourinho prepares for his first season in charge at Old Trafford.

United are thought to be keen to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer this summer but no confirmation of that deal has yet been made public.

Now, Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting that Mourinho has targeted Juventus striker Morata as one of his top attacking transfer targets this summer.

The same report goes on to say that Morata has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in recent weeks but Mourinho is keen to lure the forward to Old Trafford.
