Man United made shock favourites to sign Chelsea superstar – report

Manchester United have been installed as the favourites to sign Eden Hazard from Chelsea this summer, according to reports.

The Belgium playmaker’s future has been a relentless source of speculation in recent months following his stuttering form for Chelsea last season.

Hazard had been touted as a possible transfer target for both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain during the season but the 25-year-old moved to play down the chances of a move away from Stamford Bridge recently by insisting that he is happy to stay at Chelsea.

However, bookmakers Ladbrokes have been forced to slash the odds on Hazard making a shock transfer to join former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford after a flurry of bets backing the move, according to Metro.

Manchester United are currently priced as the 8/1 favourites to sign Hazard, ahead of PSG at 10/1 and Real Madrid at 10/1.
