Man United’s nervous wait as £37m Germany star’s wife to decide transfer – report

Toni Kroos's wife could play a big role in Man United target's future, according to Daily Express

Toni Kroos’s wife is set to play a big role in the Real Madrid midfielder’s next transfer move, according to reports in Spain.

The Germany international has been linked with a potential move away from the Spanish capital this summer after having played a key role in Madrid’s 11th Champions League success in May.

Kroos was previously linked with a move to Old Trafford following the 2014 World Cup before the 26-year-old moved to Los Blancos in a £25m deal from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

However, the Madrid star is thought to be weighing up a move away from the Spanish capital amid reported interest from Bayern Munich, Manchester City and United.

According to a report in El Confidencial as quoted by Daily Express, Kroos’s wife is thought to be unhappy in Madrid and could play a big role in deciding her husband’s future.
