Does Mesut Ozil want Arsenal to sign Cristiano Ronaldo...?

Mesut Ozil has hinted that he would love to see Arsenal sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid this summer.

Arsenal have already moved quickly to bring in Granit Xhaka as Arsene Wenger bolstered his midfield options at Emirates Stadium.

The north London side continue to be linked with a host of names as Wenger looks to revamp his squad ahead of next season.

The Gunners are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new players this summer, after their second-placed finish in the Premier League last term.

Ozil took part in a Q&A session with fans on Twitter on Friday afternoon, and the Arsenal playmaker was asked by one supporter which three players he would sign if he were manager of his own team.

And the 27-year-old World Cup winner responded:

Ozil has been a regular fixture in the Arsenal side since his arrival at the club from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013.
