Ander Herrera seems like he is preparing for life under Jose Mourinho at Manchester United

Ander Herrera has taken to social media to reveal that he is recharging his batteries on holiday before returning to Manchester United to report for duty under new manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese coach has been appointed as the club’s new manager on a three-year contract and is already working hard behind the scenes at Old Trafford.

There have been reports in the British media in recent days that Herrera could be one of the first casualties of Mourinho’s reign at Old Trafford, along with Juan Mata.

However, the Spanish midfielder appears prepared to focus and get ready for next season under Mourinho if his latest post on social media is anything to go by.

Herrera shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon and wrote:
