Mesut Ozil hits the gym as he looks to bulk up

Mesut Ozil has been hitting the gym while on international duty with Germany at Euro 2016 as he bids to bulk up in France.

The Arsenal playmaker has been a regular fixture in the Germany side at Euro 2016, playing the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win over Ukraine and the goalless draw with Poland in France.

Ozil will now be hoping to help Germany book their place in the knockout phase of the tournament by beating Northern Ireland on Tuesday.

Until then, however the 27-year-old seems happy to be working hard on his strength and conditioning in the Germany gym.

Ozil posted the photo above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Today’s focus: Strength training!”

Ozil has been one of the Premier League’s standout performers since arriving at Arsenal from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013.
