Star striker to undergo Man United medical next week ahead of transfer – report

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will undergo a medical with Manchester United next week ahead of his move, say reports

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will undergo a medical at Manchester United next week before signing for the Red Devils, according to reports.

The Sweden striker’s future has been a relentless source of speculation in recent weeks after he opted to leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last season.

The 34-year-old has attracted interest from a host of Europe’s top clubs in recent weeks but it is thought that Manchester United are leading the race for his signature this summer.

Now, Sky Sports is reporting that the former Inter Milan forward is set to undergo a medical with United next week ahead of a deal which would make him the Red Devils’ second signing of the summer.

United have been linked with a host of players in recent days but have thus far only signed 22-year-old defender Eric Bailly from Villarreal since Jose Mourinho’s appointment as the club’s new manager.
