The Blues are thought to be on the lookout for a number of new players as Conte prepares for his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.

The Italy boss is currently on duty at Euro 2016 as he prepares his side for their crunch clash against Spain in the last 16 on Monday afternoon.

However, the Italian is thought to be working hard behind the scenes as he prepares for his first taste of the Premier League.

Now, Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli is reporting that Candreva is keen to follow Conte to Chelsea from Lazio in the summer transfer window.

He goes on to explain that Lazio could be willing to sell the 29-year-old Italy international for a fee of around £20m this summer.

He tweeted:

Chelsea appointed Conte as Jose Mourinho’s permanent successor last season.
