Chelsea are keeping tabs on Italy and Lazio winger Antonio Candreva, according to reports in Italy
Chelsea are keeping tabs on Antonio Candreva after the Lazio winger’s proposed move to Napoli collapsed, according to speculation in Italy.
Gianlucadimarzio.com are reporting that the Blues are monitoring the Italy international amid growing uncertainty surrounding his future in Rome.
The same story states that Chelsea are eyeing the 2014 World Cup star as a potential addition to strengthen their winger options ahead of the new season.
The Blues have only completed one transfer in the summer window so far, signing Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi in a £34m deal from Ligue 1 side Marseille.

Conte was unveiled as the new Chelsea manager to the British media at Stamford Bridge on Thursday afternoon after he was named as Jose Mourinho’s permanent successor earlier this year.
The Blues boss took charge of his first two pre-season training sessions this week as established first-team players such as Diego Costa, John Terry and Oscar all looked to impress their new manager.
The west London side finished in tenth place in the Premier League table last season after a disappointing defence of their top-flight crown, which resulted in Mourinho’s departure midway through the campaign.
