Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin is wanted by Manchester City, according to reports in Spain

Hector Bellerin is contemplating a shock move to Manchester City this summer, according to reports in Spain.

El Mundo Deportivo is claiming that Bellerin is interested in the prospect of working with new City manager Pep Guardiola.

The story goes on to state that Bellerin will share an understanding with Guardiola having come through Barcelona’s academy, La Masia.

The article also states that Bellerin’s agent is already weighing up deals from Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

Bellerin has established himself as Arsene Wenger’s first-choice right-back over the past 12 months or so at The Emirates.

The 21-year-old’s performances over the course of the 2015/16 season earned him a place on the PFA Premier League team of the year.

Bellerin was even called up to the Spain squad for La Roja’s Euro 2016 campaign which ended in disappointment at the last-16 stage.
