Benfica forward Anderson Talisca has told friends that he is keen to secure a transfer to Liverpool this summer, according to reports in Portugal.
Portuguese publication O Jogo is claiming that the attacker is anxious to seal a move to the Premier League and that the 22-year-old has told those close to him that he is ready to leave Benfica.
The same report says that any deal hinges on the Brazilian receiving the correct work permit to be able to play in England.
Jurgen Klopp is believed to be on the lookout for a number of new players as he prepares for his first full season in charge at Anfield.
The Reds have been busy in the summer transfer window so far, securing deals to sign Loris Karius, Sadio Mane and Joel Matip.
Klopp’s side must make do without European football next season after they ended up in eighth place in the Premier League table.
