Jack Wilshere looks in good shape as Arsenal continue their preparations for the new season

Jack Wilshere took a break from Arsenal’s preparations for the new Premier League season to spend some quality time with his young daughter.

The England midfielder reported back to the north London club for pre-season training earlier this month as he and his team-mates work on their fitness levels ahead of the new campaign.

Wilshere will be making sure that his preparations for the new campaign go as smoothly as possible after the disappointment of missing most of last season due to a serious ankle injury.

The midfielder was given some time off to jet off on holiday after his involvement in Euro 2016 with England in France.

Wilshere is now working on his fitness levels as he and his team-mates gear up for the new Premier League season.

And the midfielder looked happy to be spending some time with his daughter.

He posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Another good session…now home chilling with my little princess.”
