Henrikh Mkhitaryan looked pleased to have finally put pen to paper on his contract with Manchester United and was all smiles as he shook hands with Jose Mourinho at Carrington.
The Armenia international completed his transfer to the Red Devils on Wednesday afternoon as he signed a four-year contract with the club.
The 27-year-old becomes Manchester United’s third summer signing following the arrivals of defender Eric Bailly and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Mourinho’s moves in the transfer market have clearly signalled his intentions to revamp his squad at Old Trafford ahead of his first season in charge of the club.
And Mkhitaryan looked delighted to have completed his transfer on Wednesday, and looked somewhat in awe of Mourinho as he greeted him at the club’s training ground, as shown in the video above posted on Manchester United’s official Instagram feed.
